Brady’s Burgers is run by Bradys Foods LLC, 6748 Market St, Wilmington, NC 28405. This page explains what happens to the info you share with us on this website. Short version: we only use it to keep you posted about Brady’s, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Launch list: your first name, email, and (if you give it) your mobile number and whether you agreed to texts.
• Catering requests: your name, email, phone, event date, headcount, and any notes you add.
• Job applications: the details you enter on our application (contact info, availability, education, work history, experience, and the references you list). We use these only to consider you for a job at Brady’s.

We don’t ask for payment info on this site.

How we use it

• To send opening news, offers, and updates you signed up for.
• To reply to catering requests.
• To review job applications and contact applicants.

Text messages (SMS)

We only text you if you checked the box to opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who handles it

Our forms are processed by our website host (Netlify). If we send texts or emails, we use a messaging provider (such as Square for texts) only to deliver our own messages to you. We don’t sell your personal info, and we only share it when a service provider needs it to run these tools or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to texts, or ask us to update or delete your info at any time.
