Double Trouble
I’m Brady O’Brien. I started Brady’s Burgers at 18, as a freshman at Cape Fear Community College. I didn’t have everything figured out, but I knew I wanted to build something from the ground up in my hometown. I’ve worked in food since I was 15, so when the chance came to open my own place, I took it.
I’m not trying to reinvent anything. I just want to take something as simple as a burger and do it better, with real service that makes you feel welcome every time.
I know I have a lot to prove. That’s why every detail matters. You have plenty of choices, so when you pick Brady’s, I want every burger, every order, and every interaction to make you glad you did. I want you to come back for the food and for the people.
It started with one idea over a meal at a restaurant. I ran home and told my family, “I’m opening a restaurant.” They believed in me from day one, and so did my friends. That was three years ago. Now I’m 21, and the doors are finally opening.
A huge thank you to my investors for taking a chance on me and this idea. None of this happens without you.
This first location is just the start, and we’re going to build it the right way: one customer, one burger, one day at a time.
